I'm Noel — a Graphic Production Lead and Creative Producer based in the Bay Area, California, with 15+ years of experience turning complex creative into clean, on-time outcomes for some of the world's most demanding brands.
My background is rooted in production. I've spent my career building the systems, managing the pipelines, and leading the teams that make large-scale creative actually ship. For six years, I was embedded onsite at Apple leading graphic production for apple.com's Interactive division — coordinating across Creative, Engineering, Legal, QA, and global locale teams to deliver assets across iPhone, iPad, Mac, AppleTV, and marquee events including annual hardware launches and WWDC. High-visibility work with zero margin for error.
Colleagues have called me fast, accurate, and someone who sets the bar rather than just meeting it. I stay calm under pressure, ask the right questions early, and genuinely care about the people I work with as much as the work itself.
Beyond the work
Outside of production I follow emerging AI and technology closely, obsess over industrial design both real and speculative, and keep sci-fi films running in the background as creative fuel. Music spans wide — indie pop, electronic, soul, and plenty in between. I shoot and retouch photography. I run three times a week, cycle, and train regularly. California living at its best — especially near the coast.
What I'm looking for
I'm currently exploring producer and project management roles where I can bring operational discipline, creative fluency, and genuine cross-functional leadership to teams doing meaningful work. If that sounds like a fit, I'd love to connect.

I started with Photoshop when I was 14.
This was the beginning of pixel manipulation and never ending tweaks. Napster was hot, 56K was fast and having a scanner gave you the edge.
I try and travel to some place new every year.
Now boarding at Gate 37. Window seat preferred but not required. Destination somewhere!
I have an affinity toward japanese maple trees.
One day I plan on planting a few trees, but for now I'll settle for a few potted plants.

I like to dabble in music making every now and then.
By no means an expert, but I do know my way around 2 Turntables and a mixer– from a classic TTM56 to an S9. Currently cueing up scenes in Ableton.

A very minor claim to fame.
I have a friendly sidekick named Sinatra. He's a loyal yellow labrador.
His pedigree says champion somewhere in there, he loves to swim, has zero enemies and is a professional napper.

Not the fastest runner, but I enjoy tuning-in to a high energy playlist and hitting the neighborhood loop.
